Responsible for assisting doctors/nursing staff in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met.
Principal Accountabilities:
– Handles patient intake, updates medical records, and administers appropriate screening tools.
– Documents appropriate correspondence, assessments, and care in patient’s electronic medical records (EMR).
– Obtains and records vital signs, weight, and height
– Performs EKGs, POC testing, and phlebotomy as needed.
– Performs other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent
