Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of medical clinics and outpatient facilities. Liaises with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinate patient care plans. Manages budgets and billing, appointing staff, and assigning tasks.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Provides support services for the medical facility or clinic.
2. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex support, or operations team(s).
3. Responsible for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
4. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
5. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan and receives guidance from senior manager.
6. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Health Services Administration or related field.
Must have Valid RN license
Preferred:
1. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration or related field.
2. 7 years of experience in managing a Healthcare Facility, Clinic or relevant area.
3. Leadership experience.
