Atlantic Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist I for their Chilton Medical Center location. This incredible opportunity is predominantly for weekends, and coverage as needed.
Responsibilities:
Evaluation of patients, establish goals, frequency and plan of care, provide interventions
Provide patient and caregiver education
Document all patient contact
Bill appropriately
Minimum Education:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program required
License/Certifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey
Relevant Experience:
- Preference given to candidates with acute care hospital experience
