Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate to join the Rehab department at Overlook Medical Center. Monday through Friday hours. One 11am to 7pm shift/week is required.
Responsibilities
- Register and schedule patients, check patients in/out, collect copays, create and manage referrals, order supplies, receive and make phone calls, provide administrative support to providers.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system preferred
- Computer literacy in Word & Excel helpful
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Relevant Experience:
- Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred
