Job Function: 08. Coordinates behavioral health treatment objectives between interdisciplinary teams (medicine, nursing, social work, psychiatry) Provides clear, accurate and timely communication regarding care needs. Assists with behavioral health care needs (inpatient psychiatric placement, outpatient linkages) with social work. Completes managed care precertification and reviews as indicated.
