Support Specialist I

Knowledge of Computer Operations and perform daily and monitoring daily jobs. Work independently, self motivating and troubleshooting of issues. Demonstrates judgment and critical thinking and escalates issues to on call and/or manager. Relieves Telecommunications Operator for breaks and will work in a call center environment, processing of incoming and outgoing calls. Will assist in other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
